Save and share your PrestaShop cart

Let customers save their cart and pass it on to someone else. Share selected products via a link, e-mail or social media.

Available languages:

Saving the customer's cart

Customers can keep a completed cart for later. Handy when comparing products over time or building an order with many items.

Sharing the cart via a link

A link lets you hand the cart contents to someone else. Instead of sending several product links, the user shares one selected set.

Passing it on via e-mail and social media

The cart can be passed on by e-mail or social media. It works well when purchases are discussed with a partner, a colleague or the person approving the order.

Who is this module for?

It suits stores where purchases are discussed with someone else or put together for a later order.

What can you set in the module panel?

01 / Share button

Share button

Button text: Changes the button label. Leave it empty to keep the default text.
Normal and hover colors: You set the background and text separately, along with their hover variants. Empty values fall back to the theme style.

02 / Sharing and storage

Sharing and storage

Facebook App ID: The identifier is required for sharing via Messenger on desktop. An empty field disables this integration.
Cart validity: The number of days defines how long a shared link works. A value of 0 disables expiry.
Removing old saves: Deletes saved shares older than the chosen age, along with their items. This is a data clean-up, not just hiding a button.
