Send review invitations after an order and display your store rating. Connect PrestaShop to your profile on nasze-sklepy.pl.

Invitations based on a chosen order status and delay

You choose the order status and the number of days before the invitation. This way the review request can reach the customer after they have had time to receive their purchase.

Sending via CRON or optionally with store traffic

Invitations can go out via a CRON schedule or optionally with site traffic. The message is sent from the store's system, and the integration uses the service's API key.

Badge, banner and side tab with your rating

The rating can be shown as a badge, banner or side tab. You adjust the look and placement to your site; the verification mark applies to reviews with a confirmed purchase.

A solution for stores that collect post-purchase reviews and display their rating from nasze-sklepy.pl.

Requirements and configuration

The integration requires an API key and a store profile on nasze-sklepy.pl. Messages to customers are sent by the store.

What can you set in the module panel?

01 / Connection and invitations

Connection and invitations

API key and profile slug: They connect the store to your profile on nasze-sklepy.pl. The slug is the last part of the profile address, not the full URL.
Statuses and delay: You choose the statuses that trigger the request and the number of days from the status change to sending the invitation.
Sending without CRON and discount codes: You decide separately how sending is triggered and whether codes are included. In automatic mode, check the actual message delivery schedule.
Message design and consent: You choose the invitation content plus the consent requirement and text. With the requirement enabled, no consent means no sending.

02 / Reviews badge

Reviews badge

Visibility, variant and placement: You enable the badge and choose embedding in the content or sticking it to the screen. The content placement only applies to the embedded variant.
Colors and review count: The theme can be fixed or follow the system setting. The rating count can be hidden independently of the rating itself.
Label and spacing: The label layout applies to the edge tab. The side offset controls the distance, and the bottom one applies to the mini badge in the corner.
