Add product reviews to your shop. Collect customer ratings and show buyers' experiences next to the offer other users are viewing.

Product and delivery ratings

Reviews can appear in a product tab or a popup window. Configurable criteria let you separate the product rating from the delivery rating.

Photos and video in reviews

Customers can attach photos, and the PRO variant also supports video. Pros and cons plus a shop reply help present the shopping experience in a wider context.

Moderation, purchase verification and reminders

Moderation and limiting reviews to buyers let you control publication. The module supports a verified purchase badge and e-mail reminders; PRO adds discount codes for a review.

What can you set in the module panel?

01 / Criteria and moderation

Criteria and moderation

Criterion name, type, order and status: You define the rating aspects, e.g. quality. The delivery type makes the criterion available for reviews with a confirmed purchase. Position sets the order.
Who can add a review, and publication: You choose the eligible authors and automatic or approval-based publication. The reminder link lets a guest rate their order.
Delivery rating and shop reply: You can collect a carrier rating and publish your own reply under a review.

02 / Review presentation

Review presentation

Tab or popup: You choose whether reviews open in a product tab or in a window after clicking the stars.
Stars on the product page and lists: You enable both places separately, choose the position on the product page and decide whether lists also show products without reviews.
Homepage carousel: You set whether it is enabled, the number of reviews and a restriction to entries with a photo or video.
Pagination and author name: The number of reviews per page limits the list length. The name format lets you adjust how author details are shown.
AggregateRating data: Enables structured rating data. Do not duplicate it with another module publishing the same data.

03 / Attachments and limits

Attachments and limits

Photos and video: Each type can be enabled separately. For photos you set the number and size, for video the maximum size; server limits also apply.
Attempt limits: The hourly limit per IP and the daily limit per e-mail also count rejected attempts, not only saved reviews.

04 / Discounts and reminders

Discounts and reminders

Code for a review: Enables granting a code after approval. You set the discount type, the value for a regular review and a video review, the code validity and the minimum order amount.
Review invitations: You choose whether reminders are sent, the event that starts the countdown and the number of days. The CRON URL is used to run the queue.
